KlopAnHop provides legal consulting, contract drafting, real estate legal services, and intellectual property protection across Germany. All services are rendered by qualified legal professionals in accordance with German law and professional ethical standards.
Fees are quoted in advance or calculated hourly at rates provided. Travel and administrative costs may apply. A deposit may be required for new clients. All prices are in EUR and subject to applicable VAT.
KlopAnHop's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Client assumes responsibility for acting on advice independently verified with qualified counsel.
All communications are subject to attorney-client privilege. We maintain strict confidentiality except where required by law or court order. Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Work product and documents remain our property until full payment.
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Berlin, Germany.
